This is the standard response - the species I think are in your sighting are probably apple box and a mistletoe. More close ups please. Might be hard for the mistletoe. barb

Hills Ridges Buffer as far as I remember, I'm not sure about rules there. My "good luck" wish referred to convincing Parks to tackle them - too large for volunteers. Even if I'd successful frill I'd need permission; presumably Parks wouldn't like the idea of a row of dead trees close to residential...
