All identification of Anilara species should be regarded as uncertain at best given the genus has not been revised for around 100 years and there are probably 3-4 times as many valid species as there are currently available names.

It's an immature, they can be quite similar to other Robins, but I think the lack of white forehead spot eliminates Scarlet (most similar) - also Red-capped would be most likely given location. For example see a nearly identical bird: https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/121876441
