Macrozamia secunda

Endemic to New South Wales.

 

Grows in dry open forests on the mid-western slopes of New South Wales. Has an underground stem and only one to four fronds, which mostly grow close to the ground.

Distinctively the pinnae ('leaflets') grow on just one side of the stem.
